Our training programs bring both those who are new to Sunstate and those who’ve recently been promoted to a new role together to learn more about Sunstate’s proven operational best practices, while giving participants a chance to meet and share ideas with our senior management team. Tech school graduates, veterans transitioning out of active duty, and anyone with an aptitude and interest in mechanics, we have the ideal program for you. Our two-year Apprentice Mechanic Program provides on-the-job, in-depth training to become a full-time mechanic with the know-how to work on a wide variety of equipment, including gas, diesel and hydraulics. Get paid while you build an exciting and lucrative career.
